Construction Debris Removal Services
Everything that comes off your job site, we put on our truck. Here’s what we handle.
Concrete & Masonry Removal
Concrete is the heaviest and most expensive debris to move off a construction site. Foundation tear-outs, broken sidewalks, retaining walls, block, brick, and flagstone all require equipment and trucks rated for the weight.
We handle concrete removal for residential and small commercial projects across Flagstaff. That includes demo from driveway replacements, garage slabs, old patios, and basement work. We also pick up loose masonry, mortar, and cinder block from wall demo projects.
Pricing for concrete loads is based on estimated weight since landfill disposal fees are charged by the ton. We’ll give you a clear price before we load anything.
Drywall & Plaster Disposal
Remodels in Flagstaff generate a lot of drywall waste. Whether it’s a gut renovation in a downtown condo, a water-damaged ceiling in Cheshire, or new construction cutoffs piling up, we take it all.
We haul full sheets, broken pieces, old plaster, lath, joint compound buckets, and tape. If the drywall was installed before the mid-1980s, check for asbestos before demo. We don’t handle asbestos-containing material, but we can point you toward a certified abatement company in the area.
Lumber & Framing Waste
Every framing job generates cutoffs. Every deck replacement creates a pile of old boards. Every remodel leaves behind studs, plywood, OSB, and miscellaneous wood waste that takes up space on your site.
We haul dimensional lumber, engineered wood, treated posts, fence boards, pallets, and plywood. Clean, untreated wood is separated for recycling when the volume makes it practical. Treated lumber goes to Cinder Lake per county disposal requirements.
Roofing Material Removal
Flagstaff’s freeze-thaw cycles are hard on roofs. Between the monsoons and the winter snow load, re-roofing projects are steady work up here. Stripped shingles, felt paper, old flashing, damaged plywood sheathing, and gutters all need to go somewhere.
We work with roofing contractors to time our pickups around the job schedule. If you’re stripping a roof in the morning, we can haul the old material in the afternoon so your site is clean for the next day’s install.
Scrap Metal Pickup
Steel studs, copper pipe, old ductwork, conduit, wire, metal fixtures, and mixed scrap from demo projects. Metal has recycling value, and we sort it accordingly. That can mean a lower price for you on mixed loads where metal makes up a significant portion.
If you’re a contractor who generates metal scrap regularly, ask about recurring pickup scheduling.
Post-Construction & Final Inspection Cleanup
This is the job contractors call us for most. You’re done building, the inspection is Thursday, and there are still piles of cutoffs, packaging, fastener boxes, wire spools, and general construction trash all over the site.
We clear all debris, load it, sweep the accessible areas, and haul everything in one trip. Our goal is to leave your site clean enough to pass inspection and hand over keys.
If you’re a general contractor working multiple projects in Flagstaff, we can set up a standing arrangement where we come through at the end of each build. One number to call. No chasing down a different hauler every time.
